Prep your cucumbers by removing the seeds and skin. I used a spoon to scoop the seeds out of the middle.
Add the cucumbers to a blender and combine with 1 cup of water. Blend until cucumbers are reduced to a pulp.
Juice your lemons and strain any pulp/seeds out with a metal strainer. Add to your serving pitcher.
Add sugar to lemon juice and stir to combine and "melt" sugar. The acidity of the lemon will help it dissolve without heating.
Add the cucumber and water mixture and stir to combine.
Add remaining 5 cups of water and stir.
Add lemon slices to serving cups and serve!
